Scott’s journey into the HVAC world began in 2017 with Glasgow-based installer Fisher Group, where he honed his skills in operations, sales, and air conditioning estimating. But here’s where it gets controversial: When Fisher Group was acquired by Johnson Controls, Scott transitioned into a national estimating role, conducting site surveys and developing project designs and costings across the UK. This blend of contractor-led experience and technical estimating expertise set the stage for his success at Exi-tite, which he joined in October 2024.
