With Microsoft's next big Xbox showcase on the horizon, a new Xbox Developer Direct Sale has just gone live with big discounts on a selection of games.
A new Xbox Developer Direct Sale is now up and running on the Microsoft Store, and while it isn't the biggest sale in the world, games such as Forza Horizon 5, Fable, Alan Wake, South of Midnight, and more have all been discounted.
This sale ends on February 2, 2026, so make sure you grab any of the games you want before then. As a side note, a few games here (such as the EA Sports titles) are not actually included in the Developer Direct Sale, but did receive discounts overnight. If you spot a game below that doesn't quite match the Developer Direct theme, that's why.
